Mariner United 7, Mashpee 2

I think we are on a roll now. Or maybe it takes 3 wins in a row to consider it a roll? Anyway George had alot of his family members at the game and they picked the right game to come to. Our talented right midfielder got a hat trick and has 5 goals in the last two weeks. His bang bang cross to John Marmelo was highlight film worthy! The head coach of Mashpee said "that #13 is something special"! I told him that we agree.

Remy and Vincent each scored to help lead us to a 7-2 win over Mashpee. The field was muddy and only one ref showed up. But we got through it and we are well on our way to another great season at 2-1. Curly played another stellar game on defense and also spent some time pushing up. I had more than one parent mention to me that they thought Coby played great during the game. Nice work Coby!
