After weeks of torrential rain we were finally allowed to kickoff our Spring NSL season on Sunday at home vs. Commonwealth FC. It was nice to see us in our "cat in the hat" new Joma uniforms and playing outside again for the first time since November. We did some things well despite coming away with a 6-4 loss. It was great to see Sam playing in a real game. He was up and down the right side of the field and made some great moves, nice passes, and scored a goal. Nice work Sam...I am!

Colin Mello also played a great game in the midfield and Curly was helping us on defense and scored a goal on the attack. Anthony got us going early with a nice goal from Sam and Christian.

As usual our boys never quit and kept coming back time after time. The sign of a great team! In the 2nd half we saw the attack starting to gel. We will get better and better as the season moves along. Just a matter of time before it all starts to click.

We will be working on defending next week we need to make sure we don't give up 6 goals again. Dylan, Curly and Landon did their best to keep the ball out of our goal but our opponents were very talented and were getting good shots on us all day.
